In 1993, Karen founded Food Consulting Company, a company that specializes in nutrition analysis and food labeling issues. The services of the company include label compliance packages, product analysis, preparation of nutrition facts labels and ingredient statements, assistance with product names and package claims, label layout sketches and final label reviews.
