You will send your
product formulation and a product sample to our
laboratory. Our food technologist will test your
sample for parameters that apply to your product
such as moisture, solids, water activity, pH, etc.,
and use this information along with specialized
knowledge about the ingredients, processing methods,
and packaging to determine the current shelf life of
your product. You will receive a written report via
email which will address both food safety issues
(potential for microorganism growth) and quality
issues (consumer acceptance over time), along with
advisement on modifications you can consider to
extend the current shelf life of your product.
